MEET THE TEAM
Andrew is a senior partner dividing his time between assurance work for public companies and his private company clients. Over the course of his career, he has advised a variety of public and private companies on matters relating to initial public offerings, financings, public company regulatory compliance, and stock exchange practices.
Andrew obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia and followed up with his Licentiate in Accounting degree from the Sauder School of Business. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 with a large National firm.
Andrew is currently serving as a member of CPABC’s Public Practise Committee. Over the years Andrew has volunteered his professional time with CPABC’s Public Company Technical Forum and has served as a founding director of TASK International, an international accounting organization of mid-sized firms worldwide.
Outside of work, Andrew has volunteered coaching community youth soccer, baseball, scouting, and has been treasurer for several non-profit organizations.
